At one of Canada’s premier luxury wellness destinations, my role evolved rapidly from managing digital channels to directing the overarching marketing and revenue strategy for the resort, full-service spa, and four distinct dining outlets. Acting as a strategic bridge between creative production and hospitality operations, I spearheaded a global brand elevation, secured placements in top-tier international publications, and implemented cross-functional campaigns that successfully drove a 20% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR) while maintaining weekly occupancy levels above 90%.
I stepped beyond traditional marketing boundaries to serve as a comprehensive operational leader. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I navigated multiple departments simultaneously, from managing high-value corporate event sales and daily revenue forecasting to executing a complete visual rebranding in April 2022.

During this time, I helped evolve the organization’s marketing function from day‑to‑day execution into a strategic, data‑driven operation that supported measurable growth across Sales, Service, and Parts. This transformation played a key role in driving an extraordinary 110% increase in vehicle sales within a 12‑month period, one of the strongest growth phases in the company’s history.
My work spanned the full spectrum of dealership marketing, including digital strategy, advertising, branding, website management, content creation, CRM, events, and agency leadership.
